How do I arrange for a consultation with the company?

Email or call to arrange for a consultation with our experts. Another alternative is a walk-in during our opening hours, however, it does not guarantee a consultation slot, as it depends on the availability of our staff.

Is delivery provided? Or do I have to go down to the store personally?

Yes. Delivery is provided and shipping is based on the product and its weight, it ranges between $20-$30 for each projector. However, collection from the physical store is also available, with no additional charges.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery usually takes between 2-3 working days for express shipping and 3-5 working days for normal shipping.

Are you an authorised reseller?

Yes, we are authorised resellers of brands such as BenQ, Canon, Casio, Epson, Dell, Optoma, and InFocus.

Do all your projectors come with a warranty?

Yes. All projectors come with a local warranty, depending on the model selected. The warranties usually last between 1-3 years.

Is installation included in the prices? 

Installation services are provided but charges varies depending on the required set up. Do contact us for quotation.
